Exhibition Brita Seifert

On Sunday, June 9, at 3 p.m., the long-awaited exhibition of renowned painter Brita Seifert will open in her own studio, located at Aijenseweg 16b, 5854PT Aijen Municipality of Bergen L. The opening will be hosted by gallery owner Rene de Vreugd from Spain. Rene de Vreugd has a rich history in the art world, with Galerie de Vreugd and Hendriks.

Brita Seifert, originally from Germany, settled in the Netherlands in 2008, where she quickly stood out for her extraordinary talent for drawing and painting. Roel van der Veen of Gallery Pictura discovered her potential and she has since amassed a large fan base, both among fellow artists and collectors. Her mastery of materials and her unique technique
have amazed many an onlooker. In fact, Brita Seifert and Roel van der Veen were married in 2019.

Since 2013, Brita Seifert has been running her own drawing and painting school, for which interest is so great that there is now a waiting list. She finds her inspiration in both past and present, from her personal experiences and travels, as well as from music and various other sources of creativity. She masterfully translates these inspirations into her drawings and paintings.

Her works are a reflection of desires, the desire to turn stories into something beautiful for viewers to enjoy. Sometimes her creations take the viewer into deeper thoughts, surreal worlds or even macabre scenarios. Seifert’s art is a balance between feeling and reality that is more than just visual representation; it is an experience you want to feel and a story you want to tell.
